Jolina Magdangal might play the role of Bakekang, which was first played by Nora Aunor over a decade ago. This show might be the one to be pitted against Claudine Barretto’s Kampanerang Kuba, which was in turn , previously played by Vilma Santos. [source]

Encantadia, meanwhile, is battling with Darna on GMA-7 primetime.
