Magsisimula na sa October 19 ang gabi ng headbanging sa ABC, dahil ang isa sa pinakasikat na reality show sa US ay nasa Philippine TV na, ang Rockstar: Inxs na ipalalabas na tuwing Miyerkules at Huwebes (10:00 PM).
Ang rock guitar guru na si Dave Navarro at ang sizzling television personality na si Brooke Burke ang mga hosts nito.
Ang Rockstar: Inxs ay nag-iisang reality show kung saan ang mananalo ay magiging lead singer ng sikat na Australian-based band Inxs. Ang 15 performers na magkakasamang titira sa Hollywood Hills mansion ay dadaan sa isang audition of a lifetime, haharap sa isang matinding kumpetisyon at weekly eliminations.
Marahil madalas ninyong marinig ang Rockstar: Inxs dahil na rin may Pinoy na kasali rito, si Mig Ayesa. Si Mig ay ipinanganak sa Manila pero noong two years old siya, siya at ang kanyang pamilya ay nag-move sa Sydney, Australia at doon na nga sila namalagi.
Nagkaroon siya ng Communications degree sa Macquarie University in Sydney at sa edad na 20, isang magandang oportunidad ang bumago sa buhay niya. Matapos sumikat sa Australia sa theatre, commercials, TV, film at music, nagpasya si Mig na sumali sa Rockstar: Inxs para tuparin ang kanyang pangarap na maging rockstar at sumikat sa buong mundo.
Kung naging favorite ninyo ang American Idol, siguradong mamahalin ninyo rin ang Rockstar: Inxs dahil hindi lang exciting ang mga pangyayari rito every week, matinding rock and roll talaga ang labanan.
There may be no pumpkins around, but Kakabakaboo with Chaka Doll as host is ushering Halloween to viewers’ homes. While the puppet isn’t that mobile compared to Imaw, she is able to remind you of the Exorcist. Kids are now afraid of that ugly doll. So light some scented candles and watch Chaka Doll host the horror comedy soap for kids and everyone else. The show might scare the ghosts away.
Dennis Trillo and Sunshine Dizon will be having a hard time these last months of 2005. Agos has started and they should not be having problem with this soap had not Darna and Encantadia been extended once more. By the looks of it, both soaps (sci-fi and neo-mythology) will end sometime December.
Tanya Garcia and Christopher de Leon are also part of Agos. The show is the third season presentation of Now and Forever.
