Bakekang is an avid movie fan who falls for a celebrity named Christoph. She endures the spite of his mean-spirited girlfriend Valeria. Both Bakekang and Valeria later give birth to daughters who then continue their mother’s fight. Bakekang has two: the beautiful yet Kristal and the unglamorous yet talented Charming. She becomes a stagemother who dotes on Kristal but ignores Charming. Both daughters have to go against Lorraine, who is Valeria’s daughter and Kristal’s archrival. Like their mothers, they also compete for the affections of the same men who must decide whether to love the beauty without or the beauty within.

If the rumors are true, Richard Gutierrez will be playing Captain Barbell. This will most likely be his next project after Sugo is over. Isabel Oli, meanwhile, might be playing Bakekang. These new shows will hit the screen some time next year.
